Nine Mile Rd Southfield, MI 48033 HOURS OF OPERATION Sunday – Monday: Closed Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM Thursday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM Friday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Please note: Inquiries received outside of business hours will be responded to on the next business day. BOOKING & CONFIRMATIONS Appointment confirmation is required. A confirmation link will be sent via your appointment message after booking. Failure to confirm your appointment by 12:00 PM the day prior to your scheduled service may result in cancellation. Clients with prepaid appointments are not required to confirm. AFTERPAY, KLARNA, and AFFIRM are available for all services and courses. Please text prior to booking to receive the payment link. RETAINER POLICY A retainer is not required for your initial booking. However, a $30 retainer will be required to secure future appointments if: • You reschedule an appointment more than once • You cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment • You are considered a new client (clients who have not been seen in over 5 months are considered new) and cancel or reschedule your first appointment ✨ Retainers secure your appointment time and guarantee provider availability. All retainers are non-refundable but will be applied toward your service total. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to tardiness, a new retainer will be required. ✨ LATE ARRIVALS, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS A 6-minute grace period is provided. If you anticipate arriving later than the grace period, please notify us in advance so we can determine whether services can still be accommodated. Failure to arrive or communicate within the grace period will result in a no-show. While we understand that unexpected situations may arise, we kindly ask all clients to help us maintain a respectful and professional environment. In the event of a no-show: • First occurrence: A fee equal to 50% of the missed appointment total will be required prior to rebooking. This fee is non-refundable and will not be applied toward future appointments. • Second occurrence: You will no longer be eligible to book future appointments with MYLKSPA. See you soon, Gorgeous! ✨
