To ensure every guest receives a relaxed, and elevated experience, we kindly ask that you review our spa etiquette before booking. Messages received outside of business hours will be returned on the next business day. SPA HOURS Sunday – Monday: Closed Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM Thursday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM Friday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM CONFIRM YOUR EXPERIENCE Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. A confirmation link will be sent through your appointment message after booking. All appointments must be confirmed by 12:00 PM the day before your scheduled service. Unconfirmed appointments WILL be cancelled. Prepaid appointments do not require confirmation. RESERVATION RETAINERS A retainer is not required for your initial booking. A $30 non-refundable retainer will be required for future reservations if: • You reschedule an appointment more than once. • You cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment. • You are a new client and cancel or reschedule your first appointment. Clients who have not been serviced in more than 5 months are considered new clients for booking purposes. Your retainer secures your appointment time and provider availability and will be applied toward your service total. A retainer request link will be sent in the event of requirement. Request must be paid within an hour of receiving to avoid cancellation. ARRIVAL ETIQUETTE We recommend arriving on time and ready to relax. A 6-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. If you anticipate arriving beyond the grace period, please text us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you without disrupting the experience of the guests scheduled after you. Depending on the service and timing, late arrival may result in: • A shortened service when appropriate. • Rescheduling your appointment. • Your appointment being considered a no-show. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to tardiness, a new retainer will be required before booking again. CHANGING YOUR RESERVATION We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you make changes as early as possible. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 12 hours of your appointment will require a $30 retainer before another appointment can be secured. Rescheduling an appointment more than once will also require a retainer for future bookings. MISSED APPOINTMENTS Our appointment times are intentionally reserved to provide each guest with personalized care. If you do not arrive or communicate with us within the 6-minute grace period, your appointment may be considered a no-show. FIRST MISSED APPOINTMENT A fee equal to 50% of the missed service total must be paid before another appointment can be booked. This fee is non-refundable and will not be applied toward a future service. If your appointment was part of a prepaid pass or treatment plan, the missed session will be forfeited. SECOND MISSED APPOINTMENT After a second no-show/ consecutive last minute cancellation ,you will no longer be eligible to book future appointments with MYLK SPA. We value your time and ask that the time reserved for our providers and other guests be respected as well.
